Enhanced - Beyond just the basics, this plan is ideal for medium or growing businesses expanding their IT infrastructure
Premier - Best suited to large businesses with significant support demands and monthly project management needs

Standard Rates
$75 / Work Unit

Normal Hours Support (9am-6pm M-F) = 1 work unit / hour
After Hours Support (6pm-9am M-F) = 2 work units / hour
Weekend Support (Saturday & Sunday) = 2 work units / hour
Holiday Support (listed on Services page) = 3 work units / hour

What is a work unit?

Since we have payment options for both monthly or hourly and we provide not only standard work day support but also after hours, weekend, and holiday support, we charge based on "work units" rather than hours directly. The number of work units charged is based on the time of day the support is provided.

Do you charge for travel?

Yes. A large portion of our day can be spent driving from our office to client sites and back so we do charge for travel time; however, our monthly plans offer significant discounts to offset this cost for clients with more consistent support needs.
