Hourly - for those who only need occasional repairs or have unexpected project difficulties
Basic - Best for small businesses, typically less than 10 workstations, interested in general maintenance and occasional repairs
Enhanced - Beyond just the basics, this plan is ideal for medium or growing businesses expanding their IT infrastructure
Premier - Best suited to large businesses with significant support demands and monthly project management needs

Standard Rates
$75 / Work Unit

Normal Hours Support (9am-6pm M-F) = 1 work unit / hour
After Hours Support (6pm-9am M-F) = 2 work units / hour
Weekend Support (Saturday & Sunday) = 2 work units / hour
Holiday Support (listed on Services page) = 3 work units / hour
Emergency Support = 2x the regular rate / hour (1 hr minimum for on-site work)

What is a work unit?

Since we have payment options for both monthly or hourly and we provide not only standard work day support but also after hours, weekend, and holiday support, we charge based on "work units" rather than hours directly. The number of work units charged is based on the time of day the support is provided.

What is classified as an emergency?

Any issue which must be addressed with less than 24 hours notice is considered an emergency. Using terms like "urgent", "very important", or "critical" to describe an issue when placing a work request is interpreted as an emergency support request even if no specific timeline requirement is stated.

Work that simply happens to get done in less than 24 hours from time of request is not charged as an emergency.

Do you charge for travel?

Yes. A large portion of our day can be spent driving from our office to client sites and back so we do charge for travel time. This is why, when viable, we suggest allowing us to provide remote support; however, sometimes on-site support is unavoidable so, our monthly plans offer significant discounts to offset cost for clients with more consistent support needs.
